We have had reports of users starting to get a message when they log into our site. If you have tried to log in and have gotten a white page sating “Invalid Token”, don’t worry - no one has hacked your account.

The Cause

“Invalid Token” is a message a user will get when they are either already logged in, or they logout - and log back in immediately afterward either with the same user name or a different one.

This was a security feature that our CMS added in, however has proven to be a bit too strict at times. This is why you see the “Invalid Token” message once in a while.

The Fix

Currently there is no fix, though our CMS company is looking at getting this fixed. Until then, please clear your browser cookies and try not to log in and out repeatedly.
